We have been selling homes since 2006. We keep the team small and take on fewer properties than we could, because the person you speak to first should be the person who sees the sale all the way through.

/ How we work

We take on fewer homes than we could.

Most agencies measure themselves by how many listings they carry. We would rather be judged on how many sellers would happily use us again. That means turning work down, and telling you early if we think a price is wrong.

Every home we represent gets the same treatment: proper photography, a considered launch, and an agent who knows the property well enough to answer a question without going away to check.

Four of us, and that is deliberate. Whoever you speak to first stays with you to the end — nobody gets handed over once the paperwork starts.
